LDT 501: Module 3-Definition of Learning/Instructional Design and Technology

Through this course of LDT 501, I am gaining knowledge and understanding about the meaning of Learning/Instructional Design and Technology, along with what it entails. Learning Design, to me, is the process of creating effective learning experiences that facilitate the application of knowledge and skills to keep learners engaged. Learning objectives are considered along with content, instructional strategies, and assessment methods to design experiences that optimize learning outcomes, goals, and objectives of instruction, designing and planning assessment tasks are crucial. Being able to communicate, collaborate, use creativity, and have empathy are great skills for LDIT.
